Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. At the age of 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. Thus becoming the oldest IFBB Pro in history. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her university education. In 2015 she continued her path from last year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. By the time 2009 ended, she had won four additional fitness titles. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place at the show. In summer 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. After three months, she walked onto the Olympia stage, and was awarded the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than happy of the result. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. It is a combination of lat pull-downs, bent rows with a single arm with a pull-up device as well as seated rows. The first step is warming up before going into working sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Supersetting all of the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
